POKEMON SUMMER LEAGUE CUP
SUNDAY, May 21 10 am – 8 pm
This is a Standard Format League Cup! Guardians Rising WILL be legal for this tournament.
You MUST register online BEFORE the event. Registration fee: $20 for Masters; $10 for juniors & seniors. Registration money will be collected at check-in at the event. Attendance will be limited to the first 90 players. If you are not pre-registered, you will be sent to the back of the line. Have your player ID and form of payment ready before getting in line.
Players need to have a deck list filled out, ready to be collected at the start of Round 1. Please have deck lists complete. If you do not have a deck list complete, you will be given a Round 1 loss. All players need to bring a deck legal in the Standard Format as well as damage counters and a randomizer (translucent die, official Pokemon coin, etc).
Rounds will be 30 minutes plus 3 turns. We will then cut to top cut based on attendance. Top cut rounds will be 60 minutes plus 3 turns.
All Masters will receive two booster packs just for playing. All juniors and seniors will receive one booster pack just for playing. You will receive your boosters during check-in. Players will also receive a promo card at check-in while supplies last. Check-in will begin promptly at 10 AM, and we will form an organized line through the store to pay and check-in to the tournament.
Masters Prizes:
2 boosters will be added to the prize pool for each player in the division. Prizes will be awarded to the Top 4.
Juniors & Seniors Prizes:
1 booster will be added to the prize pool for each player in each division. Prizes will be awarded to the Top 2.
Championship Points:

League:
There will NOT be league this day. Parents, there will be extremely limited space during the event. We will not have the room like we do during Sunday league unfortunately due to the demand and expectation of high attendance at this event.
Player responsibility:
It is the player’s responsibility to watch all of their belongings. The event staff and store will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please secure your things!
DEMO: MUNCHKIN X-MEN
SATURDAY, May 20 1 – 5 pm
Join the X-Men on a thrilling adventure to defend mankind from renegade mutants. Munchkin X-Men combines Marvel’s beloved collection of X-Men comics with the role-playing fun of Munchkin.
In the game, players take on the role of students attending Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters and team up with Professor X, Wolverine, and more super-charged mutants to take down the likes of Sabretooth, Juggernaut, and the almighty Magneto. The game includes 128 Door and Treasure cards, four player Role cards, four level trackers, game rules, and a custom die.

This year’s theme is “How did board games change your life?” The goal is not only to PLAY GAMES all day, but to get people talking about board games through videos and social media. We have signed up to stream gaming and interviews with gamers speaking about how gaming changed their lives!
Games we have scheduled: Castles of Caladale, Cry Havoc, King of the Jungle(with the designer!), Flag Dash (with the designer!), Grifters, Bad Medicine, Boomtown Bandits, Good Cop Bad Cop, Dragon & Flagon, CONAN, Eclipse, Tokaido, and more are in the works!

DEMO: CRY HAVOC
THURSDAYS, Apr. 13, 20, 27 5-8 pm
Cry Havoc is a card-driven, asymmetric, area control war game set in a brutal science fiction setting. Each player commands one of four unique factions with varying abilities and units.
The game includes 54 custom miniatures, a large format board, and over one hundred unique cards, all with stunning new artwork.
