POKEMON: ULTRA-PRISM PRERELEASE

SUNDAY, Jan. 21         12 Noon – 4 pm

Entry: $30.00    Each participant will receive a special Prerelease box containing a 22-card Ultra-Prism pack to provide a solid foundation, plus four 10-card booster packs and an exclusive foil promo card. Players will use the cards from their Prerelease box, plus basic Energy cards provided by the Tournament Organizer, to build a 40-card deck.   We will play 3 rounds lasting 20 minutes each after players build their decks.

After the tournament, all players will receive 3 more booster packs.                                                             After the main event, we will have a $5 Standard Format League Challenge

MtG: RIVALS OF IXALAN PRERELEASE & LAUNCH

PRERELEASE:  SUNDAY, Jan. 14   10 am – 7:30 pm

Entry is $25.00 for each of 2 events.

FIRST EVENT: Registration opens at 10 am;   deckbuilding at 10:30 for the first event.

SECOND EVENT: Registration at about 3:30 pm; deckbuilding when the first event ends.

Prerelease Packs include 6 Rivals boosters and a Foil! You win prize points, which can be redeemed for Rivals or other boosters, playmats, sleeves, backpacks, etc. Record of 4 – 0 earns 160 prize points. Record of 3-1 earns 80 prize points. Record of 2 – 2 earns 20 prize points. Prize points accumulate between BOTH the Prerelease AND Launch events! Bring a friend (new to Pegasus) and you both get a 10 point bonus!

BOOSTER DRAFT LAUNCH: FRIDAY            Jan. 19   6 pm    

$16 entry gets you 3 packs to draft and 2 packs go into the prize pool.  Each player KEEPS the rare cards they draft.  Events are reported so you get whatever participation points with Wizards of the Coast Organized Play program that they award.

DEMO: FIRST MARTIANS

EVERY THURSDAY IN JANUARY         5 – 8 pm

Learn and play First Martians, built on the core of the award-winning Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island, First Martians: Adventures on the Red Planet pits players against the hostile Martian environment and a whole host of new adventures and challenges.  The immersion experience is further enhanced with an integrated app that maintains the balance and challenge throughout.  Players have the option of taking on the design as a series of separate games, in a custom campaign mode (like in Legacy games) in which each successive game builds on the last, or even an Open World mode in which they are free to roam about the Martian surface and explore for as long as they can survive.

Nothing spreads holiday cheer faster than keeping Goblins, Orcs, Trolls, and Rabid Reindeer from overrunning your castle!  Wait, … RABID REINDEER?!?  YES!  Help Santa retrieve the one reindeer that ducked out on his rabies shot.  Come in to lean the addictive cooperative game Castle Panic and save the world (or we’ll be playing Pandemic before you know it).
